South Korea: Pyongyang to conduct nuclear test

Nuclear heating or elaborate exercise in deception?
South Korean newspapers reported this morning (Monday) about the activities carried out by North Korean Army, which suggests that Pyongyang intends to carry out a nuclear test. However, the southern government sources also noted that it may be an attempt to mislead the American satellites.
According to the report, the intelligence agency of South Korea has identified actions similar to those that preceded previous nuclear test carried out by North Korea last February.
South Korean newspaper, Jongang Ilebo reported in the name of a senior source: "In recent days there were operations including movement of equipment, vehicles and personnel to a deep channel in Pong – Yi district, we are monitoring the situation, because it is similar to the days preceding the last nuclear test conducted by the state."
As recalled, last week the region warmed up, when at one point there were threats on the part of North Korea for attacking the U.S. with nuclear weapons, over the last two days the tension calmed down after the U.S. canceled a ballistic missile test. Now, as mentioned, it appears that the region has not completely subsided.
