Meanwhile, as a result of tensions between North and South Korea and the United States, the dictatorship of Kim Ghonj decided on closing the border crossing between China and Bandung. "Travel agencies are not allowed to bring groups of tourists to the crossing as the North Korean government asked citizens to leave the area," said a source to French news agency AFP, "according to our knowledge, businessmen are allowed to enter the territory of North Korea and leave it without restriction." The Northern government informed foreign citizens in the South to consider leaving the area for fear of "nuclear war", it says.
