Zoabi saga "immunity does not allow escaping investigation"
Attorney General makes clear that disloyal MK must report for questioning - without preconditions and despite immunity

Justice Ministry spokesman applies today (Tuesday) to non-stabilization of MK Hanin Zoabi for police investigation and publications about Zoabi's request to the Attorney General.
The spokesman explains: "in relation to the request of MK Zoabi that will be transferred to the factual basis of information before the investigation, the Attorney General rejected the request. Investigating authorities are not required to transfer the detainee to; including Knesset member information has not yet been questioning the factual basis on which the events and allegations based investigation. No one disputes the importance of the right to counsel and the more researched, MK Zoabi can consult with a lawyer. However, no questioned have no right to receive "a description of the events and allegations subject-matter" in advance.
