Preparing for Pesach: Thousands at the Daf Yomi Halacha Week
From New York, France and London - from Netivot to Carmiel: thousands of yeshiva students and Bnei Torah from across the country and around the world participated in a series of lessons in preparation for Pesach under the Daf Yomi Halacha Week

Thousands of yeshiva students and Bnei Torah attended the Daf Yomi Halacha Week held last week in a series of classes all over the country and world. In course of study of Daf Yomi Halacha, thousands of students currently engage in studying the laws of Pesach.
In order to strengthen and encourage the learners on the one hand and the desire to add additional students to the study program in daily halacha, the Dorshu management decided to take advantage of this period to maintain the Daf Yomi Halacha Week, in which there were dozens of classes in preparation for Pesach laws provided by the halachic authorities. The classes were delivered in dozens of cities and places where there is a daily rate of Daf Yomi Halacha.
In the series of lessons of Daf Yomi Halacha participated throughout the country thousands of students and those who set aside time for Torah and strengthened in halacha, many members are already in the program, Daf Yomi Halacha, and many more of the public who came to taste the flavor this evening of halacha knowledge intending to join the set study of Daf Yomi Halacha. Halacha classes held throughout the week, Sunday through Friday dealt with Laws of Pesach, and each class was given by the greatest rabbis and poskim.
Classes were held in major cities including: Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, Bet Shemesh, Elad, Petah Tikva, Modi'in Illit, Beitar Illit, Carmiel, Rechasim, Yad Binyamin, Ofakim and Netivot., and around the world in New York, London, France and so on. The lessons were provided by Roshei Yeshiva, Motzi"m and well-known rabbis.
Initiative of the daily study in Mishnah Berurah called Daf Yomi Halacha, spread around the world in recent years, all the while more and more are joining daily learning of Mishnah Berurah, "In a few years, when tens of thousands will know the six parts of the Mishnah by heart - say the Dorshu management – it will be the integrity of the study of Torah - this critical need of all the Jews to know the halacha leads to action – under the training of Gedolei Yisrael, which spurred and encouraged the establishment of this program.
Daf Yomi Halacha, received another unique significance in light of the emergence of the Mishna Brura of Dorshu with supplements, and annotations. The Mishna Brurua study improves with the annotations that bring the words of the Chofetz Chaim elsewhere on the section in question and the words of the great arbiters on issues related to theory actually reinstated after signing of the Mishna Brura. In midst of the Daf Yomi Halacha week the Dorshu management together with the organization's President Rabbi Dovid Hofstadter demanded to receive the blessing of Torah sages, headed by Hgray"l Steinman, the Shevet Levi, and Rabbi Moshe Zadka.
Dorshu say that in the dozens of classes held in Israel and worldwide, participated thousands of learners and the Halacha Week aroused the public who have not yet joined the program – to join during these days to the program of the Halacha Week which is slowly turning into an additional Daf Yomi which Klal Yisrael unifies around, thousands worldwide have already joined this program and many learn in the Mishna Brurua published by Dorshu. This program adds to the various learning programs and encourages the learners and in learning and Torah law and one is able to be examined every month and achieve a scholarship.
