Minister of Defense confirms Syria used chemical weapons, and not the first time

Defense Minister Moshe (Bogie) Ya'alon confirmed that Syrian President used chemical weapons, and not for the first time.
"The Syrian regime lost control of the country," he added. "They are present only in 40 percent of its territory and unable to subdue the opposition forces. Syrian war has become global."
