Shuvu Banim leader, Rabbi Eliezer Berland, who fled from Israel to Morocco following an investigation opened against him at the police, deepens his residence in Marrakesh.

Surroundings of Rabbi Berland argue that today every Jewish community in Morocco is united around the rabbi. "At first there were Israeli officials who tried to incite the community against Rabbi Berland and distribute related matters of women, but in the end everyone realized that there was nothing in it and for that we continue to live here. Now the Rabbi is filled with orders until the end of winter to come weekends with honorable people of the Jewish community in Morocco".
According to them, one of the richest parishes has decided to establish a special yeshiva for students who are in Morocco and symbolic salary payments for tuition.
