Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman referred to the Human Rights Council of the UN investigation into war crimes of Israel and said, "Human Rights Council of the UN recently became Terrorists Rights Council."
He added that "as countries such as Venezuela and Cuba, who did not know the term 'human rights', vote against us that we are doing the right things."
Human Rights Council of the United Nations announced this afternoon, during a special operation conducted by the fighting in Gaza, an investigation against Israel suspected of human rights violations by the IDF during the war.
The Council decided by a majority of 29 in favor and 17 abstentions on the establishment of an international commission to investigate the area send their conduct in Gaza according to the international laws. Israeli Jews said, "The Council sends a clear message to Hamas and terrorist organizations anywhere using civilians as critically ill is an effective strategy".
The justice minister, Tzipi Livni responded tonight to the decision of the UN Security Council and said, "I have two words to say about the decision of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations - Search me!
"We will continue to make decisions for the security of Israeli citizens by our moral compass, the IDF fight against terrorism and will continue to do most to avoid harming innocent people, and you will continue to encourage terrorism - that's exactly what your decision making means."
