After more than 50 days in hiding, Senior of Hamas, former Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniya first appeared today (Wednesday).

Haniya was the toast of the conference victory of the mass people of Gaza; he raised the Palestinian flag, signaled the letter V and threw candy to the crowd.

Haniya said: "The deaths are a symbol of our victory, praise God for the insurgency, men, women and children, big and small - we were at war heroism. We were able to hit the Zionist enemy, to Haifa. Residents of Gaza, and the Palestinian people everywhere, this is a holiday, victory holiday.

"Every year, Gaza is approaching refugees to return to their homes and their land. Gaza is the conductor, Gaza is brave, and paves the way to Jerusalem."

Haniya also considered the elimination of Hamas seniors and said: "Just as Ahmed al-Jabari has become symbol, so will al-Attar, Abu Himalaya and Barhoum be symbols of this war. Bless the fighters from resistance groups, led by the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades."

Earlier, Haniyeh's deputy, a member of Hamas's political bureau, Musa Abu Marzouk, said that "Israel's defeat was an unprecedented event."

Islamic Jihad Secretary-General Ramadan Shallah also announced today that the organization will not lay down its arms. Shallah said the comments in a reply to a question by the Lebanese newspaper press conference held in Beirut. "During indirect negotiations each side has his requirements and demands and we have our demands, but we will not discuss the weapon of resistance at all."
