Egypt: First fight terrorism in country
Egypt implies that it will not join the coalition against ISIS: "Egypt is concentrating on war against terrorism in Sinai and Libya and not outside threats"

Egyptians suggest that they will not participate in the coalition against ISIS. Egyptian Foreign Minister Samah Shukri said tonight (Tuesday), that "The Egyptian army's mission is to protect the citizens of the country and its borders."
He added, "Egypt is concentrating on the fight against terrorism in Sinai and the Egyptian border with Libya and not on external threats."
He thereby implied that the Egyptian military will not help the United States in the fight against the ISIS organization in Syria and Iraq.
