Nepal: The Missing Israeli found dead
Israeli -Nepalese search team located the body of Michal Gili Cherkassky from Givaataim, absent since the avalanche in the country

Nepal Army soldiers spotted this morning (Monday) in the Annapurna range the body of Michal Gili Cherkassky from Givaataim, bringing the Israeli death toll from the Blizzard North Ridge Nepal disaster up to four.
Chani Lifshitz, Chabad emissary in Kathmandu, said: "This morning we announced the discovery of the body of Michal Gili. Until now, we had great hope to find her alive. However there is a sense of relief that she will be laid to rest.

"We here at Chabad wrap and embrace the grieving family. We got to be with Michal in the last days in which we saw her happy. Let us remember her this way always ".
The Foreign Ministry said that "the body of Michal Gili Cherkassky was detected at Annapurna after several days of searching. Israeli- Nepalese rescue team found the body and removed it from the ridge. Message was delivered to her family.
"Israeli Embassy staff in Kathmandu along with Department of Israelis abroad is making arrangements to transfer the body to Israel as soon as possible.
