The next storm? The army arrested a yeshiva student from Jerusalem
Yitchak Fazrakar was arrested despite stabilized first order and presented the necessary documents • The judge released him, but the army insists on recruiting

Yitchak Fazrakar, a Lev Eliyahu yeshiva student in Jerusalem, reported to first-order at the induction center and although the army supplied all necessary approvals - military police officers arrived at his home two weeks ago in middle of the night, and arrested him in handcuffs.
In the holding cell it turned out that the Advocate General's Office claims that he did not complete the medical examination process and therefore stopped.
It turns out that Fazrakar reported to the recruiting office through the medical procedure, but asked to be one of the external examinations by a physician. He passed the test and sent by fax the test results to the recruiting office and received a circular letter reached its destination certificate.
After 24 hours, the judge let him go home, but military officials told him that he was called up and he is to report for regular service.
In recent days, the heads at Yeshivat Lev Eliyahu, turned to the Yeshiva committee and members of the Knesset, but for now there is no solution, and Yitzchak Fazrakar is defined as a deserter soldier in the army and lost its status as a yeshiva student.
His brother Eitan tells Behadrey Haredim: "I know that members of Council of Torah Sages of Agudath Yisrael heard of the incident but the yeshiva committee and members of the Knesset at this time are unable to help because the military insisted that my brother Yitzchak was a soldier in every respect.
"We ask anyone who can help to do so and the merit of the Torah shall stand to his right. My brother stabilized at the recruiting office by order of the Sages of Israel.
