Hgr"d Chief Rabbi Lau, comforted tonight (Saturday) the family of the Druze officer who was murdered in a rampage attack in Jerusalem.
Rabbi who came to the mourner's home in Beit Jan, spoke before hundreds of family members and comforters and said that "at this time we must operate and work towards calming the winds from all parts of the Israeli public and prevent bloodshed."
Rabbi praised the dedication of the officer for the people, and said, "I came here in a car to talk about unity and brotherhood among different nations and the terrorist chose a car to kill and harm. The choice is with the individual and for each of us to act to increase the unity and peace between all parts of Israeli citizens.
