This building, Zol U'Begadol is next to yeshiva of Rabbi Chaim Ozer and Grocery across the street of the Yesh branch.
Viznitz, whose Beit Midrash is located at the intersection of King Solomon and Ezra, distressed institutions place Hasidism, both Yeshiva and Talmud Torah. Therefore, the management of Center Viznitz proponents' is looking to make further acquisitions in the region.
Behadrey haredim heard rumors all the time that the Heichalei Malchus Halls in the future will be purchased by the institution, but in the meantime there's no urgency.
