Drama in Chabad: first, official rabbis belonging to the Court of Chabad intervening in elections - contrary to the opinion of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, as we know, who did not allow Chabad to formally intervene in politics.

Behadrey haredim learned that yesterday (Sunday) Rabbis Yehuda Yaroslavsky, Rabbi of Nachalat Har Chabad in Kiryat Malachi and member tribunal Chabad Rabbi Moshe Havlin, rabbi of Kiryat Gat, met People's Party leader and head of Yeshivat Kisei Rachamim Hagaon Rabbi Moshe Mazuz, to persuade and to work for the union lists of Jewish power Party led by Michael Ben-Ari and Baruch Marzel.

Rabbi Moshe Havlin confirmed the meeting yesterday with Rabbi Mazuz, adding that it dealt with a number of issues and the question of the unity of Israel.

Rabbi Yaroslavsky's response was not received until the announcement, and when it is received - will be published.
