This morning (Tuesday), Rabbi Rabi Pinto, head of the institutions "Shuva Yisrael", admitted as part of a plea bargain, that he bribed the National Fraud former Brigadier General Ephraim Bracha.

Rabbi was brought before Judge Oded Mudrik, his lawyers read him the articles of the amended indictment against him, and the Rabbi admitted all allegations and said "I admit".

However, two and a half years ago, during his first interrogation (of 9) Rabbi swore in his life that he never gave bribes: "I swear in God," He said, "I did not give bribes to Ephraim Bracha, If I gave bribery to Ephraim Bracha, I will not finish this year. I swear in God…"

Rabbi appeared in court after several postponements which lasted for about six months. Yesterday (Monday) Rabbi arrived from New York to Israel, during which, he felt unwell and was rushed to the Ichilov Hospital, where he underwent catheterization which denied the suspicion of heart disease. However, the rabbi stays at the hospital for monitoring.

This morning, he left the hospital without a release letter to the court, and after discussion returned to Ichilov.
