A Chabad follower and activist was attacked tonight in Crown Heights in Brooklyn, New York, and was taken to hospital.
The attacker, an African American, was arrested by the Shomrim.
The attack occurred at the intersection of Kingston and Crown, the Avenue of the central business and shopping neighborhood of Crown Heights.
According to Shturem.net, the man, Yisrael Shem Tov heard that an African-American under the influence of alcohol, attacked men and women.
He went out and spoke to the attacker to leave the place. The latter wasn’t fazed by that, attacked him and attacked him physically. Shomrim called to the scene detained him until his arrest.
The victim Yisrael Shem Tov, was taken to hospital his condition his defined as mild.
