49 year old man fell from a height on Zephaniah Street in Jerusalem, and was seriously wounded, rescue volunteers of Hatzalah in Jerusalem, gave him primary health care.
"When I arrived at the scene neighbors told us that the scholar's house was locked from the inside and he tried to enter the house from the roof to the balcony on the second floor. He fell from a height and lost consciousness for a short time," said Hezi Roth, a Hatzalah volunteer.
"We gave him first aid treatment since he suffered head injury and memory loss most likely due to a concussion, but miraculously his condition stabilized and his condition is defined as moderate".
Rescue union organization recommend in such cases to contact the relevant parties whose expertise is opening the locked doors, and not try to solve the problem alone and reach heaven forbid, a life-threatening condition.
