Blackmail affair that inflames the Bnei Brak: indictments were filed

The affair which scandalized Bnei Brak: indictment was filed this morning against two residents of the city Tzvi Zeigerman, 19 years old and Chaim Lev Tov aged 29, among other things, extorted by threats 80 thousand shekels from a 55 year old resident of the city.

According to the indictment, during Tevet Tsa"d, Lev Tov met the complainant. Three months ago in Shevat Tsa"h, Zeigerman met Lev Tov as well as a 17 year old minor when he was drove them to their vacation in Eilat. During the trip, Lev Tov told Zeigerman and the 17 year old minor about the complainant and pointed out to them that he was "unfortunate and has no friends that he was not right in the head and you can withdraw money from him," and introduced the complainant to Zeigerman.
