Kabbalist arrested on suspicion he concealed income of millions

Nathaniel Ohr Cohen (47) from Holon, a Kabbalist with a weekly radio program, was arrested yesterday (Tuesday) on suspicion of concealment of income of millions during the past seven years. Due to fear of obstructing the investigation he will stay in custody until tomorrow at 12:00.

Assessing Officer in the Central Investigations received information that the suspect has not reported to the tax authority on all his income from the practice of kaballist.

The investigation, which became visible yesterday, showed that in 2008-2014 suspect dealt in mystical fields of relationships counseling, employment, productivity, etc., as well as the sale of amulets, doorjambs, healing oils, and more.

It is suspected that Nathaniel Cohen did not report to the income taxes, especially those who paid to the credit card. He also did not keep his accounting books, despite the legal requirement to do so.

Efrat Bosnian judiciary, from the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, rejected the request of a gag order against Cohen.
