Syria: US killed ISIS official

Abu Siayaf, a senior in the "Islamic State" organization, was killed during Saturday in Syria by special US forces – by the direct order of President Barack Obama. According to a report on CNN, the power headed by Amad Al-Saudi was shelled in Deir a-Zor in action, according to intelligence information.

This is a resident of Tunisia, who was involved in ISIS and managed the oil and gas business of the organization. Wife of the senior, of Iraqi origin, was seized and transferred to the US Army in Iraq.

The Syrian human rights group said that Syrian television reported that the Syrian army took responsibility for the attack which killed a senior in the "Islamic State" - when in fact the attack was carried out by special US forces. Syrian reports were ahead of the official announcement from the Pentagon.

Despite the reports, the White House said that "the American government did not coordinate with the Syrian regime, and did not brief it about the attack in advance," said the spokeswoman of the National Security Council at the White House Bernadette Meehan.
