Cleared for publication: Hamas military infrastructure, whose members were involved in the shooting attack which killed Malachi Rosenfeld hy"d and wounded three of his friends, were arrested.
Activities of the General Security Service, in cooperation with the IDF and the Israel Police stopped a military infrastructure of Hamas, whose members were involved in shooting attacks that occurred in Tammuz, near the town of Kidda, murdering the late Malachi Rosenfeld and wounding three others.
This infrastructure was also responsible for the execution of a shooting attack, which occurred two days earlier, at an ambulance and Israeli vehicles, near Bittin that ended without casualties.
At their ISA investigators, members of the network admitted to carrying out the attacks and the attempt to carry out another attack two days earlier.
It also emerged during interrogation that the attacks are aimed by Ahmad Najjar, a Hamas activist, jailed for former for involvement in shooting attacks that killed Israelis, who was released from prison and deported to the Gaza Strip as part of "the Shalit deal," went to Jordan and from there works systematically to power ground attacks.
