Watch: shouted "Muhammad is a pig '- and was expelled from the Old City

This morning (Monday) the young man who shouted "Muhammad is a pig" yesterday (Tisha B'Av) in the Old City, was arrested today and after his interrogation was brought before the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court to determine the conditions of his release.

Judge Forer made the decision that "even if the statement was made after the frenzy of the other, it is offending to religious sensitivities and is a behavior that could disturb public tranquility. This is a very serious statement."

The judge removed the suspect from the Old City for 45 days.

"It is unclear whether the Jerusalem police does not understand or does not want to understand the decisions of the court," said the lawyer Itamar Ben Gvir. "Instead of arresting the Arab rioters who caused provocation and shouted incitement against Jews on the Temple Mount, every time it chooses to arrest the person from the victim party ".

Arrest came after a video was distributed to the media last night and came to the police, in which a young Jewish man shouts "Muhammad is a pig" in the Old City. This morning, upon arrival to pray at the Western Wall, he was arrested.

Movement "Returning to mount" responded this morning to arrest one of the activists at the entrance to the Temple Mount and said: "We are amazed once again by the efficiency of the Israeli police when it comes to Jews. They are expected to operate as efficiently and stop immediately the Arab cursing and harassing Jewish immigrants on the mountain every day and right now actually ".

Last week, Aviah Morris (20) clashed with Arab women near the Temple Mount, and was documented shouting at them, "Muhammad is a pig". As a result, riots broke out on Tisha B'Av at Al-Aqsa Mosque; Arabs barricaded themselves in the Temple Mount and hurled Molotov cocktails fireworks and stones at police. Police burst into the Temple Mount and arrested three rioters and four policemen were injured. Later, she was arrested and removed.

"It is impossible to be silent to humiliation of the Jews on the Temple Mount, this is incitement to murder. When we degrade the head the police do not address. Just as we begin to respond back to the police knew to silence them," she said in an interview with Channel 2 News Online.

According to her, the video led many threats on her life: "I received hundreds of messages and threats of all kinds on facebook. They threatened me with murder, and I did not see the police handle it". Despite the threats she is not ready to change her behavior - and will come back to the Old City at the moment she is allowed to: "I will continue to arrive the Old City and the Temple Mount, I'm not going to give them what they want."
