20 years since Rabin's murder: watch Harav Ovadia's Mi Sheberach
During the weekly lesson, Hagaon Harav Ovadia Yosef zt"l learned of the assassination of the prime minister, and made a Mi Sheberach for his recovery

Exactly twenty years have passed tonight (Motzaei Shabbos Parshas Lech Lecha) since the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by Yigal Amir, the assassin.
The murder occurred during the customary shiur of Hagaon R' Ovadia Yosef zt"l broadcasted by satellite, when during the lesson he was informed about the assassination of the prime minister.
Harav Ovadia said: "We hear very harsh things, due to our many sins, there was an (attempted) assassination of the prime minister and three shots were fired at him, and they say he is injured, so we will now make him a Mi Sheberach." After making a Mi Sheberach, Harav Ovadia delivered the shiur and said "We have many sins, there is mutual hatred."
