Terror against terror: indictment against Jew who stabbed
An indictment against a Jewish youth who attacked Arabs: stabbed a cleaner of Dimona Municipality and reported to the police that he killed a terrorist

About two week and a half weeks after the stabbing attack in Dimona, Southern District Prosecution filed an indictment in Beer Sheba District Court against a 17 year old boy, who injured four bystanders of Arab origin in Dimona with a knife, for racist motives.
The indictment charges the accused for offenses of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm and wounding under aggravating circumstances for racist motives.
According to the facts of the indictment, filed through lawyer Alex Deranbaum of the Southern District Attorney's Office (Criminal), on the morning of the 26th Tishrei, the defendant came to a decision to cause the deaths of people of Arab origin. For this purpose, the defendant equipped himself with 5 knives as well as a screwdriver and wrench, and later left his house, spotted a man of Arab descent who worked as a cleaner of the city of Dimona, walking on the street with a cart and a broom and ran at him with a knife, stabbed him several stab wounds and fled the scene, leaving the knife in the back of the worker. The defendant went home, called the police and reported that he had killed a terrorist.
Shortly thereafter, the defendant again left his home and next to a school in the city, ran with a drawn knife at two construction workers who worked for the municipality, near the school and in the direction of another passerby, stabbed them several stab wounds and fled.
The Prosecution filed a request with the Court to detain the defendant until the legal proceedings against him.
