Crisis deepens and Putin portrayed as savior of the region

Everyone is following with much tension the events in the world. Every day something happens, every day there is a new threat to the stability of the world and especially the stability of the Middle East in which we live.

For years a bloody war has been raging in Syria, everyone called it a civil war, but in recent months it has become a global war.

From the day of Russia's physical intervention in what is happening in Syria, the rules have changed. It began by the downing of the Russian plane in Sinai by ISIS and went on to an unprecedented terror attack on Western Europe.

Two weeks ago, Turkey downed a Russian fighter jet and the situation of the region was further undermined. Turkey is a NATO member for many years and does not carry out military attacks independently without the approval of NATO, especially in the overthrow of a Russian fighter jet, this is a high resolution and this is why it is such a dangerous situation.

In response, Russia has stepped up the shelling of rebel strongholds and ISIS in Syria and imposed painful economic sanctions on Turkey. It put up an anti-air system on the border with Turkey, threatens to undo the gas pipeline project between the two states and more is yet to come.

Yesterday Russia imposed an additional intelligence bombshell: it accuses Turkey of financing the terrorist activities of ISIS through the purchase of millions of barrels of oil directly from ISIS.

Russia also published proof: satellite photographs and maps of trails of the transfer of thousands of oil tankers from Syria and Iraq, and crossing the border into Turkey.

President Putin also accused the Erdogan family of personal involvement in these transactions.
Does Turkey, which just this week received assurances from Europe to the budget of three billion euros a year, free visa entry into Europe for its citizens and promoting talks on its joining the union - trade and finance the war of Islam against the West? The US-led world did nothing regarding the issue despite knowing it. Yesterday, the US announced the border between Syria and Turkey must be closed (one wonders why). US knew about the transfer of oil to Turkey and never bombed the convoys of oil, however the Russian Air Force attacks on these convoys have cut off oil supplies to Turkey by nearly fifty percent.

In addition, Russia has presented evidence of a significant reduction of ISIS' control in large areas in Syria.
Only a year ago, Putin had the image of the enemy of peace and the global public. In a short time he became the strongest man in the world and the only one to reduce the power of ISIS in Syria. At the same time he strengthens hiss ties with many countries in the region: Greece, Egypt, Jordan and Israel.

This week, when Russian air force aircraft entered Israeli territory, the latter took up the opportunity and showed the world that it did nothing regarding matter, as a challenge to Turkey. Netanyahu later met with Putin at the climate conference in Paris, and the two agreed to expand cooperation between the armies and intelligence cooperation regarding Israel's attacks against Hezbollah arms convoys to Syria.

Today President Putin's speech in front of parliamentarians in the Duma he said: "Russia will not forget the terrorism of Turkey, and will not forget their cooperation with terrorism, if anyone thinks that Russia's response would be limited to sanctions on trade, he is totally mistaken."

In addition, he said, "We will never forget that they shot in the back of our pilots." Putin called for a common global front against terrorism and repeated his claim that Turkey trades in oil and arms with ISIS. According to him, the overthrow of the Russian aircraft was a "treacherous war crime".
