Price of chase: Following the security situation, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon ordered tonight (Monday) the continued funding of guards at educational institutions across the country till 16:00.
The directive of the Minister of Finance will remain in effect until further notice, and the money will be disbursed through the Department of Homeland Security to local authorities.
According to the decision every authority which chooses to continue and reinforce its educational institutions, may do so and will receive a refund in return for implementing the directive.
Localities belonging to socioeconomic clusters 1-4 will receive full funding from the state, and those belonging to clusters of 5-10 will receive a 70% funding from the state and the rest will be complemented by the local authority.
