Two days after and Lakewood still disabled

Fury in Lakewood: Two days after the great storm and many of the streets of Lakewood have not been evacuated from the snow.
Snowplows and cars are stuck on roads and the city is paralyzed.
Schools for girls and Hadorim did not open today because of the snow piles in the streets, many businesses which opened today were left without buyers.
Residents criticized the Haredi mayor Menashe Miller, due to defaults. He appeared in the media and apologized to the residents. He added that the authorities are well-prepared for the storm, but something went wrong.
According to him enough snowplows had been prepared, but drivers did not show up for work. "A committee to investigate why the drivers did not come to work, and justice will be done with those responsible," he said.
Even the transport line connecting neighborhoods to downtown stopped working after one of the buses got stuck on the road.
Nehemiah Pollack resident of Westgate in Lakewood, says to Behadrey Haredim: "It is simply outrageous. The roads are filled with snow, snowplows were supposed to go into action immediately after Shabbos, yet did not reach the haredi neighborhoods, and we're already two days after the storm. People here are stuck at home and it is impossible go outside, I have friends who have shops in the city, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, they opened their stores while risking themselves, but buyers do not come, because there is no way to reach.
"Even the highway "Roth 9" which crosses Lakewood and leads to all neighborhoods, has mostly not been cleared of the snow, we pay taxes of a luxury neighborhood, higher taxes, but get zero service. The children have to stay at home today as well," says Pollack.
