Battle over Destruction of Yeshiva comes to an End.
The battle of Yeshivas Pnei Shmuel’s building in Bayit V’gan has come to an end. An agreement was signed tonight in which the yeshiva has agreed to destroy a third of the floor they added on to their building illegally. The rest of the floor including the Beis Medresh will be permitted.

The saga of yeshivas Pnei Shmuel, Bayit V’gan has come to an end on last night
(Tuesday), so was reported to Behadrey Haredim .
The hanhalah of the Yeshiva came to an agreement with the Iriyah’s legal counsel in which the yeshiva will postpen vacating the building until the 4th of Nissan, which is of course bein hazmanim
Additionally it has been agreed that the demolition order which had orgionally been placed on the entire new floor including the Beis Medresh, will only go into effect on one third of the floor. The rest of the floor is set to be legalized in the future. The yeshiva will pay 100,000 NIS for the partial demolition.
Someone who is close to the hanhalah of the yeshiva has told Behadrey Haredim that there is happiness and relief over the agreement that has been reached although there is still pain over the part of the yeshiva that they will have to tear down. .
