30 Year Old Chareidi Male Killed in Car Accident
With Zaka’s involvement the body will be released for burial before Shabbos

At around 6:30 a.m. Friday morning a car flipped over on highway 6. The Bachur who was driving the car was mortally wounded, paramedics were not able to do anything other than declare his death

The family of the niftar approached the head of Zaka’s legal department, Michael Gutwin when the police chief told them to be in touch with him on Sunday regarding the burial
.
In a conversation with Bhadrey Hareidim Michael said,” In order to preserve Kavod Hameis and prevent the keeping the body until Sunday I spoke to the police chief and explained to him that it is possible to do everything today. He requested a CT, which according to the law is not necessary in this case. I made sure that the necessary staff would be present and so the testing is being done now- and the burial will follow immediately.
