The "Goy" Who Bought The Chametz In Chaifa
The "Goy" who bought the chometz from Chaifa's Harav Chaim Katz shlita is a Breslover Chossid.

Ran spoke to Bchadrey charedim after he bought the chometz from Harav Katz. It turns out that Ran is a Breslover Chossid and a real Yeshiva Bachur in every way who even has a kosher cell phone- but he hasn't yet converted. He is 17 years old and his parents are opposed to his conversion, so he has no choice but to wait until his 18th birthday to convert. In the meantime he is able to buy the chometz.
"There was another gentile there with me," says Ran. It took me 10 full minutes to convince him that I am in fact a gentile- albeit a charedi one. Since I am not chayav in Bal Yiraeh and bal Yematzeh they sell me their chometz- but there is no way that I am going to eat it!"
