Good News: IDF Officer Released from Hospital
After two weeks in the hospital the IDF officer who was seriously wounded when 4 pipe bombs detonated, went home today.

Shachar Roditi was seriously injured when 4 pipe bombs detonated near a checkpoint two weeks ago. He was released from Hadassah Ein Kerem today in stable condition.
The officer was operated on by a staff of surgeons lead by Doctor Hadas Helman, a senior doctor specializing in maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Helman said, "Shachar arrived with a very serious facial wound. He underwent a complicated operation that lasted 12 hours. We are happy to see him going home today in satisfactory condition. Both the rate of his recovery and the result of the surgery are very encouraging. Shachar will continue receiving treatment in Hadassah as an outpatient. We will continue to be devoted to his care.
