Alexander Rebbe is Flown by Helicopter to Wedding in Lakewood
The Alexander Rebbe lit the medurah outside his courtyard on Lag Baomer and them left immediately for his trip to the United States in order to serve as Mesader Kedushin at the wedding of one of his chassidim.

The Alexander Rebbe arrived at JFK Thursday afternoon to officiate at a wedding in Lakewood- set to take place before Shkiah. Due to the short time frame a helicopter was arranged for him which got him to the wedding in just half an hour- instead of 3 hours.
