The Heavens Wept in Elad
Hundreds of Elad residents escorted the young Dayan, Harav Moseh Segal zt"l to his final resting place Motzaei Shabbos.

Harav Moshe Segal was 35 years old when he collapsed and died this past Shabbos. The Dayan had suffered a short illness and his sudden death came as a shock to the city.
The levaya left his home on Rechov Radak and continued on to Beis Medresh "Chassidim", the niftar's set place for learning and davening.
The Mara Dasra Harav Shlomo Zalman Grosssman was maspid the niftar, and when it sudeenly began to rain during the funeral he said," The heavens are weeping over the death of a pure and righteous man who was entirely dedicated to Torah and serving Hashem."
Harav Grossman ended his eulogy by sitting that the niftar has passed away on Shabbos Bechukosai, and he encouraged everyone to accept upon himself to strengthen himself in Torah learning and to set specific times for learning."
Harav Segal was buried in the Spinka section of the Petach Tikvah cemetery.
