Meir Elfasi's mission to Everest along with Crown Heights resident Shmuli Levitan and with the support of Chezki Lipshitz ,Chabad Shalicah to Nepal was a resounding success.
The goal of two week hike up the world's highest mountain was to print sefer Tanya at the base camp at an altitude of 17590 feet. Meir Elfasi took some stunning photos along the way and yes he was zoche to lay tefillin upon a number of Israeli hikers in the way.
