Detroit Mourns: Harav Moshe Shwab tz"l
Hagoan Harav Moshe Schwab, Rosh Kollel of Detroit's Lakewood kollel was niftar Sunday after suffering a heart attack the previous week.

Rabbi Moshe Schwab zt"l, Rosh Kollel of the Detroit Lakewood Kollel passed away at the age of 75. He was born in in England to Reb chim Tzvi Schwab z"l and learned in the Gateshead Yeshiva. Later on he travelled to Lakewood where he learned in Beis Medresh Gavoha under Harav Schneur Kotler zt"l. He grew to become one of the yeshiva's most chasuv bachurim.
A number of years after his chasunah he moved to Detroit to establish Michigan's Lakewood community Kollel with Rabbi Shmuel Irons.
The levaya was held yesterday in Detorit. The kevurah will take place today in Monsey.
