Soldier That Shot Terrorist Recounts Moment Of Horror
The cadet who shot the terrorist recounts the moment the attack took place “we heard a boom and thought it was an accident”

The cadet that shot the terrorist who carried out the horrendousness attack in Yerusahalyaim today; which left 4 dead and over a dozen injured recounts the moment terror struck.
“We were on a tour with our staff, we stopped for a moment to have a look at an observation point overlooking the city. We heard a boom, we turned around and saw that a truck drove onto the curb and struck some of the cadets”.
The cadet goes on to say that “we originally thought it was an accident, but when we saw the driver wasn’t stopping we realized it was a terror attack. I ran towards the truck, loaded my rifle and opened fire”.
The attack took place around 1:20 in the afternoon when a terrorist, resident of Jab’l mukaber, slammed his truck into a group of young cadets; who were on a tour in Yerushalayim. Not satisfied with that, the terrorist proceeded to back up and run the injured over again. Four soldiers were murdered, three badly injured, 2 moderately and 9 sustained light injuries. Dozens of people were also treated for shock.
PM Netanyahu arrived at the scene of the attack, together with Defense minister Avigdor Lieberman. Commenting on the tragic attack PM Netanyahu said “We know the identity of the attacker, based on indications that we have he was a supporter of ISIS”.
Netanyahu Added “We cordoned off Jab’l Mukaber, the neighborhood that the terrorist is from, as well, we have taken other steps that I can’t disclose here…. We will fight the terror and we will overcome. There are a number of things that we will have to carry out to ensure that this does not happen again”.
Also present at the scene was police Commissioner Roni Alshich. Commenting on the brutal attack he said “the attack in Yerushalayim today was carried out by a resident of east Yerushalayim. An east Yerushalayim resident can ride around in a vehicle with a yellow(Israeli) license plate and decide at any moment, with no prior warning, to carry out a terror attack”.
Police commissioner Alshich also addressed the ongoing incitement taking place against Israel. “We haven’t stopped dealing with the incitement. The incitement is all over the place and we are battling it on a daily basis.”
Zaka’s Yerushalayim regional commander Benzi Oiring said, “it was a very harsh site. I arrived on the scene together with other Zaka volunteers- the place looked like a battlefield. Many injured were sprawled out on the grass, some of the injured were still trapped under the truck”.
A Member of Tsevet Hatsalha who arrived on the scene shared with “Bechadrei Chareidim” his experience.
I arrived on the scene, straight into the chaos and started treating the injured. Since the call went out of a Mass Casualty Incident there were many emergency personal on hand that responded, unfortunately due to the large amount of injures we were all busy”.
While Israel morns the death of innocent people who were murdered in a most brutal and cruel manor. Palestinian Arabs all over Israel and the territories are celebrating and giving out sweets to passersby on the streets.
