Close to 5:45 am (Tues.) a call was received of a person who had lost consciousness on Admor Menadvorna st. in Hill A, Beitar Ilit.
The Ichud Hatzola paramedics who arrived on the scene, found a 38 year old man who had lost consciousness in his home after a heart attack, and immediately started acts of resuscitation, while an ICU ambulance of MDA joins their actions.
Harav Shimshon Grossberger, chairman of Ichud Hatzola Beitar, told Behadrei Hareidim that after 45 minutes of full resuscitation, including electrical shocks and medication, the pulse returned.
The man, who is one of the senior executives in the Yad Sarah organization, was evacuated in a serious condition to the Sha'arei Tzedek hospital in Jerusalem, with pulse and under anesthesia.
In the hospital, he underwent a successful catheterization in his heart.
He is now under anesthesia and respiration for 48 hours, when his condition will be evaluated again.
Last night (Tues.) at 20:00pm, a Tefillah was held at the Kosel for his recovery.
