"Get" in hi-tech era. Divorce by means of I-phone
A man who left his wife an "Aguna" was discovered hospitalized in a hospital in Eilat. Once pressurized, he agreed to give a "get" to his wife. Hagr"s Amar approved and the Beis Din in Be'er Sheva organized the get by means of broadcast by I-phone.

"One mustn't delay with these things, this is a very urgent matter. He can suddenly get up and run away, and therefore we had to hold the ceremony as soon as possible", explained a factor of the Beis Din.
After consulting with the Chief Rabbi Hagr"s Amar, the Beis Din in Be'er Sheva organized the get by means of watching the man in Eilat on an I-phone.
On Thursday, the wife got the signed get, and a factor in the rabbinical Beis Din said that "one must emphasize that his is a solution which is only for an emergency case".
