Got up from Shiva over sister, collapsed at home and was niftar

Tragedy in Bnei Brak: the avrech Harav Avraham Peretz z"l, 55 years old, was niftar in his home on Sfas Emes street, after long attempts at resuscitation.
The deceased z"l complained of short breath. The Hatzala Gush Dan and Ichud Hatzala paramedics were called in and started giving him medical treatment, while he was conscious, but while bringing him down to the ambulance, in order to transfer him to hospital, he collapsed and lost consciousness.
The paramedics gave him resuscitation which lasted about an hour and a half, but most unfortunately, the doctor could only determine his death.
The deceased z"l got up from sitting Shiva over his sister last Thursday.
Efi Feldman, head of the Ichud Hatzala branch in Bnei Brak, told Behadrey Haredim: "We went out to a call regarding a slight casualty in a home on Sfas Emes street in Bnei Brak. When I arrived at the apartment, the avrech complained that he has difficulties in respiration, and told me that he got up from sitting Shiva over his sister last Thursday. I immediately connected him to oxygen, and together with other paramedics, we moved him to his bed. While we were preparing him for evacuation to hospital for continued treatment, he lost his consciousness. We started performing long resuscitation efforts, while other paramedics joined us. But unfortunately, after about an hour and a half of efforts to save his life, a paramedic determined his death".
Yoni Joseph, a Hatzala Gush Dan paramedic told Behadrey Haredim: "Close to 10:05am we were called in by the MDA center to Sfas Emes street, after a report about weakness. When I arrived, together with other paramedics, we treated the avrech who suffered of short breath and even fainted, but returned to consciousness. During the evacuation to the ambulance, he collapsed. We immediately started advanced resuscitation, for a long while, but unfortunately his death was determined."
