Bnei Brak: Fashion stores showcase windows vandalized

Dozens of women's clothing business owners in Bnei Brak were shocked to find that before dawn on Erev Yom Tov, their showcase windows in their shops were vandalized and covered in signs.

The signs covering the windows called out to all women to dress modestly.
"The world isn’t unclaimed property and people are not animals. All Rabbanim have stated that tight shirts and clothing are an abomination to Hashem and are strictly prohibited", the signs stated.

Some of the business owners who found the signs complained about the destruction of their business and said its considered theft. "Activists allow themselves for the price of modesty to hurt, destroy and rob businesses".

The act took place towards the end of Chol Hamoed, when all shops are closed. The act however, did not hold back the activists from violating the Chag to vandalize the businesses.
