Kol Hanearim was cancelled – the purchaser has an IPhone
A member at Chachmei Lublin belonging to Harav Wosner purchased "Kol Hanearim" for the price of 10,000 NIS. The purchase was cancelled after someone informed the son of the Rav: The buyer has an IPhone.

At the Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin in Bnei Brak led by Harav Wosner, Simchas Torah was celebrated like the rest of Am Yisrael, dancing and Aliya's sold at huge sums of money such as Kol Hanearim, Chasan Torah and Chasan Bereshis.
However this time an irregular incident took place. During the Aliya sales, one of the members of the shul bought Kol Hanearim for tens of thousands of shekels, but had to give up the honor at the end.
The story goes as follows: One of the members, who heard about the sale, went up to the son of Harav Wosner – Hagaon R' Chaim Meir Halevi Wosner, and told him that the buyer has an IPhone.
R' Chaim Meir said the purchase must be cancelled and sold again since the IPhone has been strictly prohibited by Gedolei Yisrael.
One of the members present told B'Chadrei Charedim "The purchase was cancelled and no pleas from the ashamed purchaser who stated he keeps the IPhone for business purposes only helped him."
