Heads at the "Yisrael Yekara Lanu" movement called yesterday (Monday) to the public to join the boycotts on 'Osem' products starting from October 14th 2012.

The movement will advertise alternative products in equivalent to those banned.
At first stage the public is asked to refrain from purchasing 'Osem's snacks, led by Bamba, Bisli and Ketchup for a month. This is due to the recent food price raise and the declaration of 'Osem' and 'Uniliver'-Central Beverage Company to raise prices which will come into effect during the coming weeks.

Patricia Siv, responsible at the movement for basket substitutions of major food corporations, said yesterday due to the call to ban 'Osem', 'When we buy products produced by small manufacturers, we earn three times – also saving money, also supporting small manufacturers who are people like you and me who are struggling, as well as not continuing to support food tycoons who have been oppressing us for years. That’s how we earn triple.
