A young 21 year-old resident of Elad, fell this morning (Thursday) from a construction site on Uman Street in the Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem, and was severely injured.
Hatalah volunteers and MDA staff gave him primary health care; he is suffering from bruises all over his body. When completing the primary treatment he was taken to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem in serious condition.
David, a Hatzalah medic, said to B'Chadrei Charedim, that he was called in the morning concerning an injury at a construction site on Uman Street, where he saw a young man lying on the ground, unconscious and bleeding.
"A construction worker told me that arrived in the morning at the construction site. Having heard moans of pain, he looked and found the victim by sound. After giving medical treatment to the wounded, he was evacuated in a serious condition to the hospital."
Zaki Heller, MDA spokesman, told B'Chadrei Charedim that at 6:58 a report was received of a serious injury on Uman Street in Jerusalem. Paramedics who arrived at the scene gave medical treatment to the victim, and he was taken in a serious condition, sedated and on a respirator with multi-system injuries to hospital.
Etty Dvir, Haddasah Ein Kerem spokesman, said the patient was taken into surgery, and his situation is considered severe, with serious injuries to his lower limbs.

At 16:40 it was reported by the hospital's spokesman that the patient's situation continues to be critical and he is anesthetized and ventilated in the INCU.
