The suicide bomber in the Burgas attack who killed five Israeli tourists and a Bulgarian bus driver last July, was helped by three to five partners, according to new detailss exposed today (Thursday) by the Bulgarian Interior Minister, Tzwootan Tzwootanov.
The minister said in an interview to a local newspaper, "Chase 24", that all the suspects are foreigners, and that the attack was planned in advance out of the country, over a period of more than a year and a half.
A month ago, a website reported in Bulgaria, that the local border police arrested a suspect of helping the terrorist who carried out the attack against the Israeli tourist bus in Burgas.
According to the report on Bessove.bg, Bulgarian border police officials said that there was a chase after the suspect in the forests of Mount Starndezeh near the border with Turkey, where he hid for a long time. He was discovered, so it claimed, after he lit a fire to keep warm.
