Another barrage on the South: 18 rockets were fired

In response to rockets fired into Israel last night, an Air Force aircraft attacked terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip during the night, including the focus of terrorist activity and a space launching in the northern Gaza Strip and the focus of terrorist activity in southern Gaza.

The IDF said that "the precise targets were identified. All our aircrafts returned safely to their base. The attack is a response to high trajectory fire into Israeli territory."

In the early morning hours, barrages of 18 rockets were fired into southern Israel. All rockets fell in open areas, and there were no injuries or damage caused. Police sappers from the southern district are engaged in locating falls.

Hamas's military wing, the Izz al - Din al - Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility for firing rockets this morning.

Yesterday morning (Monday), two rockets were fired for the first time at the Ramat Negev Regional Council, and during the day an additional five rockets were fired at Israel.

This morning the Beersheba Municipality spokesman announced that the education system in Beersheba will resume as normal.
