"With the planning and conducting events for fundraising and recognition, etc. held by the management institutions in every place, you must take into account in advance of this provision, and not place in the hall and in any place whatsoever a screen view, regardless of the content displayed on it, also applies a prohibition to publish pictures from events in which Maran the Rebbe Shlita appears, in any way.
