Grandfather of the forgotten boy: invites all mourners to his son's wedding
this evening the marriage of the son of Rabbi Yisrael Alter Leichter, grandfather of the child forgotten in the car and strangled to death will be celebrated. Father of the groom in a special invitation

The terrible tragedy which befell the Baumel family, after their 4 year old son Chaim Chanoch Hanoch z"l was forgotten in the teachers car in the neighborhood of Brachfeld, Modi'in Illit, and choked to death, revealed the power of the souls of the family - and especially his grandfather, Rabbi Yisrael Alter Leichter, a leading Lelover chassid, who worked tirelessly to encourage the teacher, Nachman Shtitzer.
Tonight (Wednesday) the wedding of the son of Rabbi Leichter – Chaim Chanoch Hanoch, the child's uncle – will be held at the 'Aramanot Wolff' hall in Jerusalem. In honor of the occasion, the father of the Chasson printed invitations and added a few moving lines.
He wrote: "and I appeal to all friends and acquaintances that came to comfort my son in law who is like my own son, Rabbi Shalom Zvi Baumel and my daughter, in their time of grief and sorrow, to now come and participate at me and my family's Simcha with happiness and joy."
"And whoever can come and celebrate with us and wish us Mazel Tov, and that the Zivug goes well and my we be zoiche to see from their and their offspring good generations, and may we hear from now on only good."
He ends his letter with the words: "your dear friend who is expecting your wishes and blessings, Yisrael Alter Ben R' Chaim Chanoch Hanoch z"l Leichter.
