Guest in Samaria: Rebbe of Shomrei Emunim
The new Shomrei Emunim Rebbe came to visit in Samaria along with dozens of rabbis and burst into tears during prayers at Kever Yosef in Shchem (Nablus) • "How great was his love of my father of blessed memory, to Eretz Yisrael"

Over two thousand people entered last night (Tues.) to pray at Kever Yosef Hatzadik in Shchem, Samaria, organized by the Regional Council of Samaria and the "Shchem Echad" Society and secured by the Samaria Brigade.
Among those who entered were the Rebbe of Shomrei Emunim, IDF Chief Rabbi Brigadier-General Rafi Peretz, the Kabbalist Harav Deutsch of Afula, and a large group of dozens of Rabbonim of communities and neighborhoods and heads of yeshivas from Netanya, including Harav Moshe Chaim Lau, Harav Shmuel Michlowitz, Harav Yosef Chaim Gabbai head of the institutions "Tiferet Moshe" and the Yeshiva "Beit Shmuel", Harav Avraham Hazan, Harav Eliahu Ilan, Harav Moshe Lizmi, Harav Netanel Yosifun, Harav Amos Uzan, Haravi David Arbiv, Harav Yosef Goldring, Harav Yonah Golan, Harav Avraham Suissa, Harav David Ohayon, Rav of the Council of Alfe Menashe and Harav Uzi Sweitza, Rav of the local council Kfar Yona.
The Shomrei Emunim Rebbe and the group of rabbonim from Netanya had short tours in Samaria beforehand, as guests of the strategic unit of Shomron Regional Council.
The dozens of rabbis visited the town of Yitzhar and convened to review the settlement in Judea and Samaria and held a long conversation with Rabbi David Dudkevitch and head of the council, Gershon Mesika.
Harav Dudkevitch told the Rebbe about the many Torah institutions, Talmudei Torah, including many yeshivas and kollelim in Samaria and Gershon Mesika briefed the Rebbe of the development of settlement in Samaria despite various difficulties.
The Rebbe did not hide his joy and wished that the settlement in the Shomron and the Torah there should grow "a thousand times".
Harav Dudkevitch, Mesika and the Rebbe discussed the previous Shomrei Emunim Rebbe zt"l, the father of the Rebbe, and the Rebbe spoke of his father's great love for Eretz Yisrael.
After visiting Yitzhar, the distinguished guests travelled for a prayer at Kever Yosef.
The Rebbe prayed on the tomb with zeal and excitement, and while saying Kaddish and a chapter of Tehillim, he even burst out crying.
The Shomrei Emunim Rebbe's visit took place two months after the historic visit of the Rebbe of Vizhnitz to Elon Moreh and Kever Yosef, and a month after the visit of the Spinka Rebbe to Gilad Farm, Yitzhar and Kever Yosef in Nablus.
Afterwards, the crowds from all over the country, religious, Hareidi and secular, continued to enter and pray at Kever Yosef.
At the end of the prayer, the Samaria Regional Council head Gershon Mesika thanked Deputy Lieutenant Oriya Hetzroni, ADS officer Maj. Elizur Trabelsi and Lieutenant Colonel Kobi Gratzwolf for securing the public.
