Murder in Flatbush: A Jewish Flatbush clothing store owner, was shot in the head and died on Friday.
The murder took place on Flatbush Avenue, where many Jewish-owned stores are located. The killer entered the store, fired a bullet in the head of the owner, a Jew who lives in the town of Teaneck, New Jersey. After confirming the man's death, he carried the Jewish body to a hidden corner store, covered it with clothes - and fled.
Police found the bullet pouches at the location and insisted that it is the same murderer who several months ago murdered another Jewish store owner – Yitzchak Kader z"l, and a Gentile storeowner, who was also killed using the same method.
Investigators believe that it is a serial killer who emerged in the area and carries out his plan. Unfortunately, in all cases no security cameras were installed in the stores where the murderous acts were carried out, and police could not locate the suspect.
However, the police collected security tapes from surrounding stores on Friday, in order to identify the murderer.
In addition, ZAKA volunteers arrived at the scene, and worked to prevent disgrace of the dead and bring him to burial.
Neighbors, who knew the victim, said that he was a Jew pleasant, and although he did not keep the Torah and the commandments, he would close the store on Shabbos and holidays.
Shopkeepers on the street and Corney Island Avenue are afraid that the killer is walking about freely, who has already killed three people in the last six months. Many of them announced that they will install security cameras, due to the fact that the plotted killer refrained from stores which have such cameras.
