This evening (Thursday) a little after 21:00, a report was received that a petrol bomb was thrown at the Jerusalem shuttle train. According to initial reports by the news agency 'Tazpit' - there were no injuries.

Hatzalah paramedics, who arrived, reported that the train stopped at the Givat Hamivtar train station in the Givah Zarfatit, where the forces were called to. This event caused no casualties, but one of the passengers said that his son was wounded by the shock; however he refused medical treatment or evacuation to a hospital.

Jerusalem police reported that at Beit Hanina a petrol bomb was thrown at the train shuttle the bottle shattered but did not flare, and thus there were no injuries and only slight damage to the windscreen of the train. The train continued on, and police immediately began searching for the bottle.

CityPass reported that a rock was thrown at the windshield, the train sustained minor damage – and continued on her way.
